So i am into week 5 and it si not going well...I have made all the changes as recommended...The nutrition plan is in place...cardio 3-4 times a week...ab exercises 3-4 times a week...BUT NO ABS PEOPLE! What am i doing wrong...Goodness i am sugarless and low fat crazy and no results have been forth coming. This week i am turning it up a notch or six. What my meals are concerned i am totally cutting out sugar in my coffee/tea and have already start to drink more water than juice/coffee.
My training needs serious amendment though...Decided to do chest and abs 3 times a week from now on...(with biceps, back and legs of course) going heavy and adding another weight each week...
I have not been great with keeping a log book on the total weights against the total reps…
